Requirements

Applicants for the fellowship must meet the following criteria: 

• Graduate of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency in the United States.

• The applicant must be eligible for a full unrestricted dental and/or medical license in Texas. Trainee/institutional licensure is not available.

• A letter of recommendation from the residency program director or chairman is required.
